These terms apply to everyone who uses pdfixed.com, which is operated by PDFixed from Pakistan. By using the website, its free tools or our editing services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use PDFixed.

PDFixed is operated by Shahbaz Saeed (Founder & CEO), based in Lahore, Pakistan.

Our online tools are free to use for personal and business purposes. They run in your web browser, and your files stay on your device.

Please keep copies of your original files. We work hard to make the tools reliable, but we cannot guarantee that every file will be processed perfectly, especially damaged or protected PDFs.

We cannot recover a password you set with Protect PDF, so keep it somewhere safe. Unlock PDF is only for files you have the right to open.

When you ask for expert editing, we will send you a quote that describes the work, the price and the expected delivery time. The work starts once you accept the quote and make any payment it asks for.

We will deliver the work as described in the quote. If something is not right, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will make reasonable changes free of charge, as long as they are within the original request.

Prices are shown in your quote, and the payment method (such as bank transfer or an online payment service) is agreed in the quote. We never take card details on this website.

The prices on our Pricing page are starting points only. The price in the quote you accept is the price you pay.

If we cannot deliver the work we agreed to, you will receive a full refund of what you paid for that work. If you cancel after the work has started, we may charge for the part already done. Refunds are not given for work that matches the quote and has been delivered.

You keep all rights to the files you send us. You give us permission to use them only to do the work you asked for.

By sending us a file, you confirm that you have the right to use it and to let us edit it. Files sent to our experts are deleted within 30 days, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

You must not use PDFixed to:

• edit, copy or share documents you do not have the right to use
• create fake, forged or misleading documents, such as false IDs, certificates, invoices or official papers
• upload anything illegal or harmful, or files containing viruses
• try to break, overload or misuse the website

For sensitive edits, such as changing names, dates or amounts, we may ask you to show that the document is yours to change.

We may refuse or stop any work that we believe breaks these rules.

The PDFixed name, logo, website design and text belong to PDFixed and may not be copied without our permission. The files you create with our tools belong to you.

PDFixed is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that the website will always be available, free of errors or suitable for every purpose. Always check important documents before you use them.

As far as the law allows, PDFixed is not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the website or our services. For paid work, our total responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for that work.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If you keep using PDFixed after a change, you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Pakistan — unless the law of your own country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
